Ciara’s passion for helping people has inspired her to become an Exercise Physiologist and she enjoys working with people to empower them to achieve their goals. Ciara believes in a holistic approach to working with our clients to ensure their individual needs are met in their entirety. Ciara is experienced in Business Development and Marketing. Her role at Holte is to develop strategies and plans to offer efficient delivery support services to our clients. This has been particularly important during the COVID-19 pandemic with developing strategies for delivering continuity of services to our clients.

Laura Stephens

Laura’s passion for working with children and families has led her to working extensively in this field over the years and to take on her current role at Holte Home and Community Care. With over 5 years of experience working in accounting and her vast experience working within the community sector, Laura is an asset to the Holte team.
Laura also teaches dance and fitness with ages ranging from 6mths to 65+ years. Laura is passionate about empowering people to achieve health and wellbeing.

There is never a dull moment when Alyce is around. Her positive nature and bubbly personality immediately make those around her feel at ease, which is why she has built such a good rapport with our clients. With a close family member being a person with a disability, Alyce has lived experience with the challenges of the NDIS and working with NDIS providers. This experience has motivated Alyce to do better for our clients and provide a high level of support and care that in many cases is missing. Alyce brings her passion for helping others and goes above and beyond to ensure that our clients needs are met.

Apala is Holte’s dedicated HR Coordinator, bringing both professional expertise and a personal touch to her role. Having recently completed her Masters of Business Analytics, she combines strong analytical skills with a genuine passion for connecting the right support workers to the right clients. With a background in human resources and management, Apala has a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She is committed to matching NDIS participants with suitable, high-quality support workers, ensuring every pairing is thoughtful, compatible, and aligned with the individual’s needs and goals. Her approach supports a harmonious and effective environment, ultimately contributing to better outcomes for both workers and participants.
