NDIS home modifications
Holte is a proud NDIS registered provider based in Perth, Western Australia. The team supports:
Grab rails, ramps, handheld showers, doorway changes and small bathroom adjustments funded under Capital Supports.
Full accessible bathroom renovations, structural ramps, kitchen changes and other major works assessed as “reasonable and necessary” in your NDIS plan.
How it works
- 1Your OT completes a home visit and recommends the modifications.
- 2Holte visits with your OT (where needed), checks the home and prepares a detailed quote.
- 3Your Support Coordinator or plan manager submits the OT report and quote to the NDIS.
- 4Once approved, Holte schedules the works, keeps you informed and cleans up when finished.
Holte also supports plan‑managed and self‑managed participants who choose their own providers.
For older people
Aged care home modifications
For older people receiving aged care support at home, Holte provides modifications funded through:
Assistive Technology & Home Modifications – separate funding for essential safety and access changes.
